*I am not a Disney Casting Director." Do not ask me about heights, or certain requirements for certain characters. I am merely here to update you on upcoming auditions for all Disney Parks and Cruise Lines.
I can tell you what certain auditions are like, if you ask. I've been to Face, Performer, and Parade auditions. Just ask. I also created this blog to help inspire those wanting to audition, to go to auditions. This is a place where you can submit your audition experience, advice, Disney Park photos, character photos, and Disney Park experience stories. We are all friends here, don't be shy!


Peter Pan & Performers for Mickey’s Soundsational Parade 

For: Disneyland Resort
Audition City: Anaheim, CA
Location: Disneyland Resort

Sunday, April 29th, 2012 @ 11:00 AM (Pacific) 

Seeking energetic and dynamic performers with dancing skills for Mickey’s Soundsational Parade— an extravaganza filled with an array of Disney music in a variety of musical styles! This all-new experience comes alive with musicians, dancers, Disney Characters and nine newly-designed float units, each telling their own musical story.

Rehearsals begin late May.

Roles

PETER PAN: Male, 5’1” – 5’7” with a youthful look

MALE PARADE PERFORMERS: All heights, strong movement and dance skills

FEMALE PARADE PERFORMERS: 5’1” and under, strong movement and dance skills, will perform as fully-costumed Disney Characters

Requirements

  • Performers must be at least 18 years of age or a high school graduate
  • Wear non-restrictive clothing; tennis or dance shoes are required
  • Current Disneyland® Resort Cast Members should bring a completed and approved transfer application

Disneyland Resort – Team Disney Anaheim 
700 W. Ball Rd. 
Anaheim, CA 92802

Park in the Team Disney parking structure off Ball Road and Cast Place, and proceed to the Security area. Bring a valid picture ID to be admitted backstage.

Male & Female Look-alike Audition 

For: Disneyland Resort
Audition City: Anaheim, CA
Location: Disneyland Resort

Sunday, April 22 @ 1:30PM (pacific) 


Disney Parks Talent Casting is seeking males & females with engaging personalities to portray famous Disney characters. Disney Character Look-alikes perform before thousands of guests each day in meet-and-greets at the Disneyland® Resort.
Females: 5’0” - 5’7” to portray Disney princesses and heroines, great presence and poise
Males: 5’1” - 5’7” to portray title character from Peter Pan; and 5’10” - 6’1” to portray characters from Aladdin and Mary Poppins
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
Current Disneyland® Resort Cast Members should bring a completed and approved transfer application
This audition may last up to 8 hours
